Graco 24X160 1:1 Ratio 5 gal (20 liter) F4 Fluid Automation System with Casters
In the manufacturing of liquid silicone rubber products, precision is paramount. Material waste is an expensive problem and substandard products are an intolerable failure. Minimize both with the Graco Fluid Automation F4-5.
Application: Ideal for manufacturing in the following industries: medical, infant care, consumer products, automotive, industrial parts, wearables.
Precise ratio control, minimal material waste
The F4-5 system takes the ability to meter material flow to an almost microscopic level. Its helical gear uses multiple gear teeth to measure flow in very small increments. The increased number of measurements offers more assurance the machine remains on-ratio.
The result: More precise mixing, a better end product and less wasted material.
Easier operation with Graco Control Architecture
The Graco Fluid Automation F4-5 system features intuitive user interfaces based on the Graco Control Architecture (GCA), a modular system of processing and control components. GCA makes maintenance and service easy, thanks to built-in troubleshooting tools
Better Color Control
Mix two additive streams at ratios ranging from 0.5 to 6%
Maintains Material Integrity
Stainless steel components meet the standard for clean room applications to prevent contamination, and cure inhibition and discoloration of material
Cleanroom Convenience
A smaller footprint and casters (optional on F4-5) allow for system movement and maintenance

Graco 255446 10:1 Wide Ratio, Hard Seat, Electric Actuated, Non-adjustable Snuff-back, Manual Handle
Manual gun option for mixing dispense (MD) valve for 2 component materials supports minimizing maintenance while maximizing production.
Application: Static valve reliably dispenses and mixes a wide range of 2 component sealants and adhesives.
Wide ratio valve with center injection tip works well when the low volume material has a much lower viscosity than the high volume material. Frequent cleaning intervals may be required to maintain the tip.
Carbide hard seats and hardened needles are good for abrasive material and stall against pressure applications.
Hand held valve with electric switch signals the controller to open and close the ports on the MD2 valve. The process uses a remote four-way air control (not included, must be ordered separately).
Snuff-back control prevents dripping as it brings material back into the valve until next dispense.
Mixing dispense (MD) valve for 2 component materials minimizes maintenance while maximizing production.
Application: Static valve with Elite construction reliably dispenses highly abrasive thermal interface materials (TIMs), silicones, urethanes, and epoxies.
10:1 ratio nose handles a wide range of material.
Hard seats with Elite construction withstand highly abrasive material at least 10 times longer than standard construction. (Data verified in Graco test environment.)
Snuff-back control prevents dripping as it brings material back into the valve until next dispense.
Independent air cylinder improves mean time to repair (MTTR).
No unique tools are required for maintenance or repair.

Graco 25C720 InvisiPac HM25c System, 4 Channel, 480 Voltage
This compact unit has a hot melt rate of 25 pounds (11.3 kilograms) per hour. Its melt-on-demand adhesive dispense technology easily integrates into middle to high volume packaging lines.
Application: Tank-Free system delivers hot melt adhesive on-demand for case and carton sealing applications.
Melter accommodates output dispense of 25 lb (11.3 kg) or less per hour.
Four channel dispense accommodates four Plug-Free applicators and four heated hoses.
Tank-Free melting chamber heats glue up to set temperature in about 10 minutes – the quickest start-up time for any end-of-line packaging operation.
Patented self-learning feed algorithm automatically feeds adhesive pellets from the hopper into the melter without operator intervention. No direct contact with hot molten adhesive means no more safety hazards, such as burning, toxic fumes and slippage.
Robust reporting capabilities deliver the data needed to improve productivity, decrease costs, and minimize downtime of case and carton sealing.
