Frequent cleaning intervals may be required to maintain the tip.Carbide hard seats and hardened needles are good for abrasive material and stall against pressure applications.Hand held valve with electric switch signals the controller to open and close the ports on the MD2 valve. The process uses a remote four-way air control (not included; must be ordered separately).Non-adjustable snuff-back control keeps shut-off performance consistent for a clean bead dispense. Maximum flow rate is 25 to 30 cc/s, depending on material viscosity.Snuff-back control prevents dripping as it brings material back into the valve until next dispense.Hand held electric handle eases manual dispense.
