Enerpac ultra-high-pressure, hydraulic hand pumps are offered as single-stage or 2 stage manual pumps that can handle up to 40,000 psi (2800 bar). Typical industrial applications include lifting, testing, calibration, maintenance, and repair.
The P2282 model provides two speed operation to reduce the number of handle strokes and is lighter than steel equivalents. The two-speed operation requires up to 78% fewer handle strokes than single-speed hydraulic hand pumps, and the handle locks into place for secure transport.
The single-speed models, 11100 and 11400, are built using 303 Stainless steel construction. Ideal for use with many different fluids, such as distilled water, alcohol, diesters, silicones, soluble oils and petroleum. The 11100 model is rated up to 10,000 psi (700 bar) and the 11400 model is rated up to 40,000 psi (2800 bar)
Both the single-speed and the two-speed models have a large release knob for improved control of pressure release.
H700-Series Hoses have a safety factor of 4:1 to provide the reassurance and reliability needed for demanding high-pressure applications.
Each hose contains two layers of steel wire braids covered by a polyurethane sleeve - providing the strength and abrasion resistance needed for repeated use in tough working environments.
Diameters available 0.25 and 0.38” (6.4 and 9.7mm), and connection types include ¼” NPTF, â…œ" NPTF and CH604.
A variety of lengths are available up to 50 ft (15 m), and the vinyl strain relief guard on both ends of hose helps to improve hose life and durability.
Choose the LW-Series Vertical Lifting Wedge when you need to lift and lower heavy loads of up to 16-tons with a stable motion without slippage. A minimum insertion gap of 0.39" (10 mm) is needed which expands up to 2.02" (51.5 mm). Retraction force is supplied by the single-acting spring return cylinder. The maximum operating pressure is (10000 psi 700 bar).
The included SB2 stepped safety block provides reassuring support, and can also be used to increase the lifting height to 2.72" (69 mm). The LWB1 is a larger stepped block available as an option.
A compatible hydraulic pump is needed to operate the LW16. The Enerpac P392 Hand Pump, or the P392FP Foot Pump are ideal.
Alternatively, choose the LWC16 Vertical Lifting Wedge, which includes an integrated hand pump.

All models offer two control pedals for adding and releasing pressure to the tool. A pedal lock function can be used in the retract position. The XA foot pump provides fine metering controls to apply the mandatory stroke and force.
