This Equalizer set includes a flange spreader wedgehead, hydraulic cylinder, safety block, stepped block, lanyard, and carry case.
Within the spreader sits an integral hydraulic cylinder, which when used with a separate hydraulic pump (not supplied), makes it easy to exert a powerful force for separating pipe flanges.
These dry high-pressure testing gauges feature a large diameter face for easy readability and dual scales of psi and bar. An integral maximum indicator pointer is included as standard.
Choose a T-Series high pressure gauge from range with maximum working pressures ranging from 1,000 up to 50,000 psi (70 to 3500 bar). All gauge cases are manufactured from tough grades of steel, which depending on the model, will be high alloy steel, 316 stainless steel or 401 stainless steel. All gauges have spring-loaded backs with rubber blow-out plugs to protect the case assembly in case of over-pressurization.
Gauges models up to 20,000 psi (1400 bar) are accurate to within +/- 0.5%, and models to 50,000 psi (3500 bar) to within +/- 1.5%.
