At 209 grams (7.4 ounces), Stellair ACE is up to 50 percent lighter than almost any other manual sprayer. Whether you’re a custom shop or high volume factory, Stellair ACE brings all-star atomization, carbon fiber construction and ergonomics to metal, plastic, and wood finishing. Compliant, low volume medium pressure (LVMP) air spray reduces bounce back and overspray, while delivering high finish quality and transfer efficiency. High volume low pressure (HVLP) air spray produces a controlled, low velocity spray pattern that reduces bounce back and overspray, while meeting environmental regulations. Direct fluid path means little solvent is needed to flush the gun, reducing VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions.
