Mixing dispense (MD) valve for 2 component materials minimizes maintenance while maximizing production.
Application: Static valve with Elite construction reliably dispenses highly abrasive thermal interface materials (TIMs), silicones, urethanes, and epoxies.- 1:1 ratio nose handles a wide range of material.
- Hard seats with Elite construction withstand highly abrasive material at least 10 times longer than standard construction. (Data verified in Graco test environment.)
- Stroke adjustment knob can adjust the distance the dispense valve will open. This restricts the flow of material through the tip and seat.
- No unique tools are required for maintenance or repair.
- MD2 valve handles cannot be used with this particular valve.
