ENERPAC S100272 branded products
This hydraulic pump and cylinder set includes a complete assortment of accessories allowing you to quickly configure a unique tool to solve your many difficult maintenance tasks.
The set includes the RC256 Hydraulic Cylinder, which when used with attachments allows you to exert a force of 12.5 tons (116kN) and a stroke of 6.25" (116mm). Ideal when you need to push, pull, lift, press, straighten, or clamp.
Also included is the lightweight P392 2-speed hydraulic hand pump, hose, gauge, lock-on or threaded connectors, and a storage crate.
Safe Operation
When using hydraulic cylinders with maintenance set attachments or components, the maximum system pressure must be limited to half of the rated pressure (5,000 psi / 350 bar). When not using attachments, the tonnage and pressure capacities are double these values.
Only use attachments provided with the set. Using non-Enerpac attachments and longer extension tubes could reduce column strength - potentially creating unsafe conditions.
NC-Series Hydraulic Nut Splitters use a single blade configuration suited to general nut cutting applications across a wide range of industries.
The heat-treated steel blade with its optimized cutting head geometry cuts from one side, and the powerful internal spring brings it back to its starting position.
NC-Series Nut Cutters are compact, simple, and easy to use. The ergonomic design ensures comfortable use, thanks to the carefully considered angled head design and handle position.
Nuts are often difficult to remove, and while loosening them using tightening tools is possible, this generally requires larger equipment and takes more time.
Using a cutting torch or a hammer and chisel presents safety risks and can cause damage to the joint components. They also involve significantly longer setup and operational time.
Nut splitting with the Enerpac Hydraulic Nut Splitters is the safest and most efficient method - taking less time and avoiding costly damage to joint components.

These Low-Pressure Hydraulic Hand Pumps are durable, portable, highly efficient, and easy to use. Each model in the series features an all-steel construction, a chrome plated plunger, and a wiper system for long-lasting performance.
These pumps are constructed to power a wide range of single acting cylinders and tools in space restricted areas. The range includes the P51 that can be operated in the horizontal orientation only, and others also capable of operating in the vertical orientations: P18 with the pump head facing down, P25, P50 with the pump head facing up. Each is protected by external load-release valves and internal overload pressure-relief valves.
With a choice of oil capacities up to 200 in3 (3,277 cm3), and operating pressures of 2,500 psi (175 bar) - 5,000 psi (350 bar) you will find an Enerpac Low Pressure Hydraulic Hand Pump to suit your needs.
CUSP-Series Low Height Hydraulic Cylinders, also known as hydraulic pancake cylinders, combine an impressive power to height ratio with a tilting saddle function to distribute the load evenly and prevent side load.
These are available in several high-tonnage capacities, making them the right choice for confined spaces where other cylinders will not fit.
There are several configurations to choose from, including high tonnage capacities up to 1000 tons (10165 kN). These ultra-flat hydraulic cylinders have collapsed heights from 1.4 up to 4.06 (35.5 to 103 mm).
All are finished with a tough Nitrocarburized coating for enhanced corrosion protection in harsh working environments.
The Enerpac HF-series Hydraulic Oil is specially formulated for powered hydraulic pumps. The HF-series oil contains anti-sludge, anti-rust, and anti-foam additives for overall superior performance. The HF-series hydraulic oil prevents cavitation and offers maximum volumetric efficiency and maximum heat transfer.
The HF-series oil is not for use in hand pumps. Use the Enerpac LX-Series Oil for hand powered pumps.
Offered in 1 quart, 1 gallon, 5 gallon and 55-gallon sizes. The HF-series hydraulic oil has a viscosity index of 100 min.
