This makes the ACE Gravity Gun ideal for small-batch coating that requires minimal material use. It’s designed to deliver high quality finish for low volume color production, touch up applications, and material spray testing. The Stellair ACE Gravity Gun benefits end users by reducing maintenance-related downtime, limiting user fatigue with enhanced ergonomics, and fulfills the need for small-batch customization. No tools are needed to maintain gun, with manually removable trigger that doubles as a service tool. Carbon-reinforced polymer construction reduces gun weight by 50%. One piece fluid cartridge can be removed and replaced so quickly that it nearly eliminates maintenance related downtime. The Stellair ACE line is the industry’s only gun to earn the Ergonomics Performance Certification from United States Ergonomics. Available with 2 air cap technologies, HVLP/LVMP and Conventional.
