PR-Xv, Pump Feed, TC Valve, Direct Mount with High Wear Tube, 1:1 to 5:1 'Posi-Ratio® (PR) system offers the extreme variability (-Xv) needed for precise meter, mix and dispense of two component adhesives and sealants. Innovative design and durability make this variable ratio system ideal for bonding, gasketing, metering, potting, sealing and thermal management applications. Shot size range of 0.3 to 100 ccs meets 1:1 to 5:1 ratio demands with +/- 1 percent shot repeatability. Base purge conserves the amount of material used. Patented first-in-first-out (FIFO) fluid path eliminates dead zones, where material can accumulate. Twin Control (TC) Valve individually regulates on and off of A and B outlets. Ceramic (CER) metering tube withstands high wear applications of thermal interface material (TIM), other fillers, and different viscosities. Small size and low mass allow for installation flexibility for stand-alone benchtop and automated applications. Servo motor delivers precise and repeatable dispense. Pressure transducers allow you to constantly monitor fluid pressure.
