MD2 Valve, 1:1 Ratio, Soft Seat, Adjustable Snuff-backMixing dispense (MD) valve for 2 component materials minimizes maintenance while maximizing production.Static valve reliably dispenses and mixes a wide range of 2 component sealants and adhesives.1:1 ratio nose handles a wide range of material.Soft seats with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) seals are good for precise snuff-back control.Snuff-back control prevents dripping as it brings material back into the valve until next dispense.Adjustable snuff-back control finetunes shut-off performance for a clean bead dispense. Maximum flow rate is 25 cc/s, depending on material viscosity.Independent air cylinder improves mean time to repair (MTTR).No unique tools are required for maintenance or repair.
