MD2 VALVE, DISPENSE, 1:1 HARD SEATS

MD2 Valve, 1:1 Ratio, Hard Seat, Non-adjustable Snuff-back Mixing dispense (MD) valve for 2 component materials minimizes maintenance while maximizing production. Static valve reliably dispenses and mixes a wide range of 2 component sealants and adhesives. 1:1 ratio nose handles a wide range of material. Carbide hard seats and hardened needles are good for abrasive material and stall against pressure applications. Snuff-back control prevents dripping as it brings material back into the valve until next dispense. Non-adjustable snuff-back control keeps shut-off performance consistent for a clean bead dispense. Maximum flow rate is 25 to 30 cc/s, depending on material viscosity. No unique tools are required for maintenance or repair. Grease isolation chamber protects moisture sensitive materials and has accessible grease fittings for easy maintenance
