Mixing dispense (MD) valve for 2 component materials minimizes maintenance while maximizing production.

Application: Static valve with Elite construction reliably dispenses highly abrasive thermal interface materials (TIMs), silicones, urethanes, and epoxies.

1:1 ratio nose handles a wide range of material.
Hard seats with Elite construction withstand highly abrasive material at least 10 times longer than standard construction. (Data verified in Graco test environment.)
Stroke adjustment knob can adjust the distance the dispense valve will open. This restricts the flow of material through the tip and seat.
No unique tools are required for maintenance or repair.
MD2 valve handles cannot be used with this particular valve.
