UniDrum, E-Flo SP, 19:1 Ratio, 430cc, 1000 Liter, Stainless Steel, MaxLife, 400v, Left Handed Supply Electric-powered bulk supply reliably delivers one-component sealants, adhesives and other medium to high viscosity materials from 1000 liter (264 gallon) drums to factory metering and dispensing systems. Bulk unloader supplies ambient adhesives, sealants and other medium to high-viscosity material to automotive and general industrial applications. E-Flo SP electric supply pump is powered by an electric driver that provides real-time, integrated, closed-loop flow control. Since the electric motor operates much more quietly than pneumatic or air-operated motors, the supply can be placed closer to the point of application. This requires less pressure for accurate and consistent meter and dispense. MaxLife coating extends equipment life when moving highly abrasive materials, including liquid applied sound deadeners (LASDs). The electric bulk drum unloader can be set up to automatically alternate between left handed and right handed supply units. The dual supply (controlled by factory PLC) virtually eliminates downtime to refill material.
