The two reactive materials used to create foam, "A" and "B," are kept separate until they reach the GX16 mixhead. If the gun is not dispensing, the materials simply circulate back to the day tanks
During the dispense mode, the metering pumps precisely deliver both materials to the mixing head at the required ratio, flow rate and temperature. The chemicals combine in the mix chamber by impingement mixing. The mixture is then injected into a mold or cavity
