    ADVANJET VALVE, HV-2000

Graco HV-2000 Advanjet HV-2000 Jet Valve

The Advanjet HV-2000 jet valve provides non-contact jet dispensing for the successful application of fluids in the electronic, semiconductor, industrial and life science markets. A single, easily replaceable diaphragm eliminates dynamic fluid seals common in all other jets. No need to disassemble, clean and replace worn seals, saving time and money. The diaphragm allows fast cycle rates because of its very small mass. There is no large sliding valve stem slowing down the process. With this novel diaphragm design, the energy needed to eject a drop can be adjusted providing wider process windows.

Application: The Easiest to Clean Non-Contact Jet Dispenser
    • Easy to Clean
Only two parts contact the fluid making it easy to exchange and replace parts.
    • Easy to Maintain
Unlike complicated piezo jets, the jet valve can be maintained within your factory with low-cost maintenance kits.
    • Easy to Integrate
The HV-9500 valve is a drop in replacement for existing operations. No external controller box required.
