The Equalizer SWi1214TMSTDEX Mechanical Flange Spreader is manually operated and does not need an external hydraulic pump and trailing hoses - ideal for working in difficult spaces at remote locations.
It is ATEX certified, which means it has gone through rigorous testing outlined by European Union directives, and proven to be safe for use in specific environments with explosive atmospheres.
The spreader in the SWi1214TMSTDEX set fits into very small clearance gaps of 0.24 inch (6 mm).

These dry high-pressure testing gauges feature a large diameter face for easy readability and dual scales of psi and bar. An integral maximum indicator pointer is included as standard.
Choose a T-Series high pressure gauge from range with maximum working pressures ranging from 1,000 up to 50,000 psi (70 to 3500 bar). All gauge cases are manufactured from tough grades of steel, which depending on the model, will be high alloy steel, 316 stainless steel or 401 stainless steel. All gauges have spring-loaded backs with rubber blow-out plugs to protect the case assembly in case of over-pressurization.
Gauges models up to 20,000 psi (1400 bar) are accurate to within +/- 0.5%, and models to 50,000 psi (3500 bar) to within +/- 1.5%.
The V10 Auto-Damper Valve will protect a pressure gauge during high cycle applications. It does this by creating a flow resistance if a load is released suddenly.
It may be used to automate clamp cycles, prevent pressure loss, and provide additional operator and component safety. No adjustment is necessary, and the valve simply connects to GA1, GA2 or GA4 gauge adaptors with ½" NPTF male and female threads.
