This low-profile hexagon cassette is for use with compatible RSL-Series modular drive units. The low-profile design with an optimum nose radius gives you the access needed for hassle-free bolting in tight spaces.

For heavy use and enduring durability, RLP-Series Cassettes are constructed from robust steel and are easily fixed to the RSL Drive Unit using four Allen Key Bolts.

The wide range of interchangeable hexagon cassette sizes provides the versatility to complete a wide range of bolting applications. For exceptionally tight spaces consider the RLP Slimline Stepped Width Cassettes which can also be used with the same drive unit.

Constant torque output provides accuracy of plus/minus 3% across full stroke.

RR-Series Cylinders are the ideal choice whenever you need to retract the plunger quickly with precise control. These popular rams are rugged enough to withstand high-cycle and demanding job site uses - making them incredibly effective within both the construction and manufacturing industries. RR Cylinders are available in long stroke models to Lift or push a load a greater distance, which will save you time and minimize or eliminate the need for temporary cribbing.

The collar thread, plunger thread, base mounting holes, removable saddle and optional accessories make these some of the most versatile cylinders available. Optional accessories include flat, grooved, and tilt saddles on models up to 75-ton. These are secured to the plunger for use both horizontally and upside down.

The RR range is extensive, with capacities ranging from 10 to 500 imperial tons (101 - 5108 kN), and maximum plunger strokes from 2.25" to 48" (57 - 1219 mm). Each RR Cylinder available for sale is rated for up to 10,000 psi (700 bar) and compliant with ASME B30.1.

EP RRH1003

RRH-Series Hollow Plunger Hydraulic Cylinders are ideal for tensioning, testing, pulling, and lifting applications. The hollow bore, base threaded holes and collar thread allow attachments that enable the cylinder to deliver both pull and push forces.

RRH double-acting center-hole hydraulic cylinders feature two connection ports to provide hydraulic flow to both advance and retract the plunger. This provides a more controlled retraction than single-acting cylinders.

Cylinders in the RRH-Series are constructed from high-alloy steel and finished with a baked enamel exterior coating. Collar threads and base holes for easy fixturing are provided as standard.
