RR-Series Cylinders are the ideal choice whenever you need to retract the plunger quickly with precise control. These popular rams are rugged enough to withstand high-cycle and demanding job site uses - making them incredibly effective within both the construction and manufacturing industries. RR Cylinders are available in long stroke models to lift or push a load a greater distance, which will save you time and minimize or eliminate the need for temporary cribbing.
The collar thread, plunger thread, base mounting holes, removable saddle and optional accessories make these some of the most versatile cylinders available. Optional accessories include flat, grooved, and tilt saddles on models up to 75-ton. These are secured to the plunger for use both horizontally and upside down.
The RR range is extensive, with capacities ranging from 10 to 500 imperial tons (101 - 5108 kN), and maximum plunger strokes from 2.25" Â to 48" Â (57 - 1219 mm). Each RR Cylinder available for sale is rated for up to 10,000 psi (700 bar) and compliant with ASME B30.1.
RRH-Series Hollow Plunger Hydraulic Cylinders are ideal for tensioning, testing, pulling, and lifting applications. The hollow bore, base threaded holes and collar thread allow attachments that enable the cylinder to deliver both pull and push forces.
RRH double-acting center-hole hydraulic cylinders feature two connection ports to provide hydraulic flow to both advance and retract the plunger. This provides a more controlled retraction than single-acting cylinders.
Cylinders in the RRH-Series are constructed from high-alloy steel and finished with a baked enamel exterior coating. Collar threads and base holes for easy fixturing are provided as standard.
Enerpac has designed and manufactured 10,000 psi (700 bar) high-pressure hydraulic cylinders for many decades. We use only the highest quality materials to ensure they can withstand the most demanding applications. All RRH cylinders meet the safety standards required for high-pressure hydraulic tools.

Compact, fast, precise, and with an extended battery runtime
The new SC-Series Cordless Battery Pump is compact, lightweight, and precise. It gives hydraulic tool users the power to do so much more in confined areas - free from extension cords, air hoses, and actuating manual pumps.
As the first pump to feature the new Enerpac 54 Volt battery platform, the SC-Series Pump heralds a new era of exceptional runtimes, productive speeds, and precision control - all packed into a compact and portable design.
Compact and highly portable
This isn't just an alternative to manual pumps; the SC also excels at jobs normally handled by small electric and air hydraulic pumps. With a weight of just 20.2 lbs (9.2kg), it can be easily carried over long distances and up to high working areas.
The new pump has similar dimensions to most hand pumps but needs less height clearance to actuate. This can be helpful in confined spaces - especially when there's little space for the other tools, materials and items needed to get the job done.
Extended battery runtime keeps you productive
Until now, limited battery run times forced operators to use alternative types of pumps, or to carry several batteries to each job - especially on bigger and higher cycle jobs.
The SC pump uses the new Enerpac 54V 4ah, high-capacity lithium-ion battery. On a single charge it can complete more than forty 1.5" (38mm) lifts with a 22-ton load on a 30-ton cylinder. It can also split 57 2" heavy hex nuts (2 splits per nut).
The battery powers the high-performance brushless motor which delivers high-flow rates and twice the life of brushed motors.
Delivering speed with precision
The impressive speed offered by the SC pump doesn't come at the expense of control. The thumbwheel adjustable speed control provides the precision of a hand pump, and the manual release valve offers precise retraction control. The number of undershoot or overshoot attempts to align or level objects is minimized - keeping you on time and on schedule.
Versatile for multiple applications
The applications possible with the new SC pump span across many different industries; including maintenance, manufacturing, construction, rail, and wind power. The portability and fingertip precision it offers are set to make this pump a sure winner for those looking to boost productivity and take on more higher cycle jobs.
The New Enerpac SC-Series Hydraulic PumpImproved safety on basic simultaneous lifting applications
The SFM-Series offer an economical solution for basic multi-point simultaneous lifting applications and enables a single operator to control a maximum of 4 lifting points from one manifold.
The Split-Flow Manifolds are equipped with pressure compensated flow control valves, to preset and limit advance and retract speed of each cylinder, allowing to move up to 4 cylinders simultaneously. Pressure gauges are installed in each outlet pressure line to check the working pressure of each cylinder.
Requirements and Operation
Minimum pump oil flow must be 85 in3/min (ZE5-Series pumps) to deliver 9 - 15 in3/min per cylinder. Several SFM models can be connected parallel to the same pump to allow simultaneous operation of 8, 12 or 16 cylinders.
Higher flow pumps are required to achieve faster advance speeds. A 20% higher oil flow must be considered for a proper speed compensation.
Example : when using 4 cylinders: if oil flow of 28 in3/min is required per cylinder, the pump oil flow must be: 4 x 28 = 112 + 20% = 134 in3/min.
The maximum stroke deviation between the cylinders can reach up to 10% (in 6" stroke) depending on the cylinder pressure.
Oil flow adjustment is also possible during cylinder operation by fine tuning using the flow control valves.
All cylinders connected to the SFM manifold must have the same capacity (effective area). Both advance and retract speed are limited by the same valves. Use hoses of the same lengths to improve the accuracy of the hydraulic system. improved precision when difference of pressures among the cylinders is within 2900 psi.
Flow Control Valves:
The Split-Flow Manifold has pressure compensated flow control valves installed in each outlet line. The oil flow from the SFM-Manifold to each cylinder can be adjusted by turning the knob on the valve.
1/2 knob turn is 9.1 in3/min oil flow,
1 knob turn is 27.4 in3/min oil flow,
1 1/2 knob turns is 45.8 in3/min oil flow,
2 knob turns is 54.9 in3/min oil flow,
2 1/2 knob turns is 79.3 in3/min oil flow,
3 knob turns is 115.9 in3/min oil flow,
3 1/2 knob turns is 219.6 in3/min oil flow,
4 knob turns is 341.6 in3/min oil flow,
4 1/2 knob turns is 506.3 in3/min oil flow,
Open is 628.3 in3/min oil flow.
The V152 and V152VN adjustable hydraulic pressure relief valves are used to limit hydraulic pressure and regulate oil flow.
Easy adjustment is done by simply turning the handle clockwise to increase the pressure. The valves offer repeatability accuracy of ±3% and an adjustment range of 800-10,000 psi (55-700 bar).
The maximum oil flow is 1830 in3 /min (30 l/min) and the valve features NPT or SAE porting to insure against leakage at rated pressure. A 3 ft return line hose kit is included.
The V152NV Nickel plated model option provides enhanced resistance to corrosion. Viton seals in V66NV and V152NV for high temperature applications.
